Bingo Nights - Kids under 13 play from 7:00 - 8:00 pm (winners will receive prizes). Adults 18 and over play from 8:00 - 9:30 pm (minimum charge per game, with cash prizes). Kids Craft Hour - Kids of any age can come to the meeting room for about an hour. They will be doing various simple crafts.

Ice Cream Contest - Volunteers turn out their best recipe to be judged at the office by a team of expert ice cream tasters. Then it is dispensed to the masses for all to enjoy. (By the way, I won the last contest with my famous Butterfinger recipe I stole).

Golf Cart & Bicycle Parade - The kids decorate their bikes and adults their golf carts in a 4th of July theme. Parade will travel through the park with prizes for the best décor in bike & cart category. Potluck Dinners - Everyone brings a potluck and the park will supply the meat, drink, and condiments. Kinda like rock soup.

Softball & Volleyball Games - We will gather, form teams, play and have fun. The losing team will have to help serve the hot dogs, and clean up afterward. Horseshoe & Blongo Tournaments - Double elimination ( prizes for the top 2 teams ). Teams will be determined by a hat draw. Tie-dye T- shirts (in spring) & Sweatshirts (in fall) - We will tie dye and proudly wear our artsy creations to impress the masses. Chili cook off - This will be exactly like the ice cream contest. Only different! Brunswick Stew - This great tradition will kick-off around 5 pm. The Brunswick Stew will be homemade in a black pot on an open fire.

3rd Annual White Oak Shores Bluegrass Festival - This will be free to all of our yearly campers. We will require you to wear a band if you come to the park that weekend. This is a fun, family event and I can guarantee you'll love it even if you're not a Bluegrass fan. All your friends and family are welcome to come. They will need to purchase a ticket, which is $20.00 a day per person. Kids 12 and under are free. For our weekend campers staying with us, the package will be $150.00 for the weekend for 2. This covers your camping fee along with the Bluegrass tickets. Again, we encourage you to bring your friends with you. Adults will pay only $20.00 per day for the Bluegrass tickets.
